Cancellation Policy

We regret that due to an increase in last minute cancellations during our busiest days, we have had to introduce a cancellation policy. Please give more than 24 hour notice if you have to make a cancellation to avoid additional charges.

Depending on your treatment(s) and length of time we have a discretionary arrangement of charging a fee to cover the full or partial cancelled time of the treatment. We feel this is a fair outcome as a late cancellation can stop someone else taking the appointment.
